You are lucky that it is only that much! I can gain between 5-10 lbs the week before my period, and then during that week of I end up losing it.

When I lost weight a few years ago, I just lost weight without working out on WW. This time around, I am working out and eating healthy. It is taking a while to get there, but I feel better. I had a lot of fun with it and it allowed me to workout with a friend who was not at my level yet. So, that was good too. But, I did not really see results with it. I may just use it as a maintenance workout and something to break up other workouts.

I was able to do a workout again! My foot seems to be healed, although I will not be running on it again until next week. I will be doing light workouts to make sure my foot it really OK. I hope this can help my weight go down this week!!! Good luck to everyone for the rest of this week!

SW: 155 lbs Jan 8: 152.4 lbs Jan 14: 150.0 Jan 21: 150.0 :0( Jan 28: no loss this week. I think I am going to try and do a little working out this week and see how my foot handles it. I have already lost my 5, but I was still hoping to see more. I want to be in the 140's again!
