Are you talking about the shake weight? I have one and used it when i first started and was extremely overweight. You can feel it and it did get me going, but dumbells will do the same thing....and you can use them for so much more...i agree, invest in some hand weights instead.

I did my first day of level 3 tonight and I agree it just seems to fly by! I had really great results with this video..It was the first one I did and I was at my heaviest...modify the hell out of it if you need to and I found screaming bak at her helped...I'm 2 weeks into her 4 week Ripped in 30....God help me!:sad:

I had knee pain while shredding....stopped after i finished...modify what you can...lunges did me in!

OK...so I preview level 3 last night since level 2 and i are not in love....there are some harder moves in there but I think I'm going to like it better because its spread out more all over the body...we'll see, i might regret it...but at least i know what I'm working towards!:bigsmile:

I checked measurement and was pleasently surprised..i hate plank and those stupid butt table things!

i have lost 47 inches all over my body...So far 13.5 inches in my hips and 10 inches in my waste and 7.5 inches in my thigh!

So buy it!!! You need weights but size is your choice..i started with 2 pounds and now use 5 pounds for her videos..also if you work out on a hard surface you need a mat..i just used the carpet...they do sell a kit at Walmart that has all you need for about $14.00

I recently found the Waldon Farms dressing. I can handle the taste for 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 cards, 0 gluten, 0sugar....0 everything except sodium and i don't find that too bad 240-270 for two tablespoons!

It took me over 20 pounds to notice a difference and close to 40 pounds before other's noticed. It will happen. Hang in there!

Actually mine is pretty one too...and i don't eat the same every day....like on the 17th i weighed 2 ounces less than it said and that has happened quite a few times...it give me a goal to look forawrd to.
