I tried insanity but my body just could not handle it. I broke my back last year and I'm just not ready for that long of a workout or that much jumping. I am now doing T25 and I love it. I do modify for my needs, but in 25 minutes I can burn 500 calories, plus I like the shorter length.

Thank you everyone. I really hate that first picture and sadly it is what I looked like! But I keep making progress. I have about 40 more pounds to go. So I tell everyone to make sure you take a picture because it will push you along on those days when you think/feel nothing is happening!

Collar bones are such a great NSV!!! My have been MIA for the last 15 years. My school picture actually showed them this year. I find myself playing with those said collar bones. I also am amazed at my hip bones and knees!! Congrats on them bones!

When I took this years picture I was sure there was not going to be much difference. But there is a huge difference from last year. I am down about 25 pounds. I posted the last 3 years pictures in my blog. I hope you have as much fun as I did and congrats on the 38 pounds!

I finished C25K, didn't run one just did the program so figured I might as well try this one since winter is comming. Otherwise I do lots of videos and luckily starting in October I work out once a week with my co-teachers!
