Thanks everyone! I check mfp on my cell and have not looked at the forums in months. Sadly 1 year went without much change. Now as the school year starts hope to see some changes.

Jillian Michael's Kickbox Fastfix has three different workouts. Each is 20 minutes from start to finish, literally you are DONE in 19 minutes!!!! I usually burn 350-370 calories. And because there are three different workouts, not levels, i can keep changing and get a great workout.

No secret...watch what i eat (portion control)...i havent cut anything out but that's cuz i know i cant live that way. Exercise and water..that's it! Lots of support too. Good luck to you and everyone....if i can do it so can you!

Thank you everyone for all your kind words. It's been hard! But has payed off. I have a ways to go but I have a good start. I was mortified at my before picture. My sister took this out at my parents farm as we were coloring Easter Eggs (I'm Methodist). Even after seeing that picture it took me two months to do anything…

Add some sugar free cheesecake pudding put in a grahm cracker/cookie shell and makes a great desert...good even without the crust.

To watch my calories. I usually get a six inch turkey on wheat, no cheese with veggies and honey mustard.....I get double meat to fill me up. I know the sodium is high. Otherwise I get a salad with grilled chicken, sometimes double meat too.
