We all fall off every now and then...the good thing is that we keep getting back on.! Just jkeep going and dont let the little set backs throw you off! You can do it!

I upped mine from 1480 to 1600 and i eat most of my exercise calories and I started losing again.

I like WF dressing...the honey mustard and raspberry are good, although acquired...i would rather use my calories for something else....just got the miracle mayo and it is doable...someone just told me the pancake syrup is good. Each to their own:)

The other day I had some "real" ranch dressing...I couldnt believe how thick it was and over ranchy it was...like my Walden Farms!

I have a cheapo HRM..can't afford an expensive one...I've lost 56 pounds using it. Just remember to push the button alot! i also have dumbells at home and a band that I use almost everyday! I say go for either of those too.

I have a 2,3,& 8 year old...i exercise with them around..they just know its moms time to exercise and play while I work out. Try c25 k...im doing it now and was able to run for 25 minutes straight...ive never been a runner and was known as the teacher who did not run, not anymore! I wish i could plank.

My neck is now a 13..i started in june with a 15 inch neck and double chin...but lost the chins!

I might have to give that a try...I staRted with a 30/40/50.....30 push ups..40 squats....50 situps...but i could do more now.

Keep one pair of fat pants and one fat shirt...Every once in awhile i put my new shirt over the old ones and am so excited to see the change..especially when i plateau.....i also did the hold old pants infront of you and drop to see the new me...my goal is to get all of me in one pant leg! And i never want to go back to…

I also lost...2 pounds...was very happy..but.i continued to log...the best i could....and exercised....also, when I do gain I log it in...i hate to see my ticker number get lower, but if I dont, then im just foolimg myself...stay strong people :bigsmile:

I knew it...it did take me awhile to get used to it...but ill take it over wasted calories...there are some good ideas on here though..but alot i.have not seen at the store..might have.to look harder.for when i wamt to give myself a treat.

I know Im gonna get it, but I use Waldon Farms...I hate wasting calories on dressing! Its got nothing but sodium...no calories..gluten...sugar...fat...carbs...they have lots of flavors...i like honey mustard and raspberry..ranch is good for dipping veggies...the taste is ok to start with..but I got used to it.:ohwell:

I have a watch one.from kmart...I push the botton alll the time.during a workout...I burn about 600 cal. Doing 45 min of zumba...400 doing 30 ds and about 350 doing c25k.....it has helped me lose 56 pounds....just push the button alot. Altjough i have heard chest strap one are better.
