I stayed pretty motivated through the shred and my knees were not a problem...when i started Ripped I had really sore knees but i have to modify so that might be why which is another reson i am taking a break from her:)

I completed 30DS and saw great results...down 13 pounds and about 25 inches all over my body..especially waist and hips and abs! It was the first vidoe i did on strating my weight loss journey..i have lost inches and weight...just do it...here are my results.....and I did it in almost 30 days straight..... Neck-1 inch Bust-1 inch Arm-2 inches Waist-7 inches Abs-5 inches Hips-8 inches Thigh-5.5 inches And down 17 pounds!

Ok..so I started Level 2 of Ripped today....she is a trotal B@tch in this level...no way does Level 1 prepare you fo level 2...damn PLANK..PLANK....PLANK! ButI feel it today, especially in the arms..OUCH!

Depends on the DQ you go too...I KNOW that is not the situatuion at the DQ in our town!

Don't say no...if it's not often get a kiddie cone or ask for just the icecream in a cup...a kiddie cone is about 170 calories...My daughter and I walk up to DQ and back to make it more worthwhile...good luck!

Way to go MO...yeah I was at Walkmart after I first started shred and saw a box the said 30 Day Shred on it with weights and a mat...cost $14.00.....knew i didn't need it but was nice to know what pounds she was using. If your using ten pounds holy cow you must be getting shredded..i took a nice long walk with friends…

They sell a box with weights and a mat to go with the program..I know!...anyway it comes with 3lb weights so that is what I figured they are using. I also alternated between 3lbs and 5lbs. For Ripped in 30 right now I am using both,

I just bought some Gold's Gym ones and they have 3-10 minutes video on each DVD...some are specific toning...arms, hips, thighs.One is losing 10 pounds quick..some with yoga..i pop them in and keep changing it up so i don't get bored.
