I don't splurge, I don't cheat and i always log what I eat...if i eat to much then i exercise to make up for it. I try to buy foods with less calories that I like to eat such as pizza..i LOVE pizza and I found a pretty decent slice for 200 calories...so I still eat what i want only reduced calorie.

Sorry haven't been on in a while having a little pity party the last couple of days. My problem has always been portion control...since using MFP I have gotten a really good hold on keeping within portions. I also got off my butt and started moving..which has all helped..so now I'm thinking maybe I shouldnt have taken that extra walk with my child tonight, but I like to do that.....and I hate eating extra…

I'm eating enough just exercising a lot...that is where it has thrown me off. toady i burned 1189 calories and took in 1950 in food..so only 761 net....last night it was 8 something net....I so am worried about starvation mode and that is what is happeneing.....dang it!

I got mine done for today. Sadly i issed Saturdays becasue we had company. But its so nice I just might do it today anyway!

I LOVE those bars too! I also found sugar free chocolate mousse at Walmart (great value)that taste great and only 60 calories per container. Sometimes I add nilla wafers and its like i'm eating french silk pie!

I know that some tricks that work for me are to have smaller plates and I also eat with a baby spoon. That way it takes me longer to eat and I feel fuller faster. I also work out every day since I have started. You can do it...don't get frustrated...you took a while to put on the weight so it will take a while to get it…

Went to the store today to get some heavier weights so when i do start level 2 today i can make even better improvement! Ona fun note I walked past the full length mirrors and actually stopped and took a look (I don't have one at home)..my very large butt actually looke d smaller to me. That NEVER hapens.
