  • try switching up your workout routine and not eating back all your exercise calories (I only eat back half of mine if any at all). Also, have you taken measurements? you could be losing fat but toning muscle.

  • its not really an elliptical though. its like....a lateral stepper type thing. if you are a skiier....the motion you use to "skate" when on the skis is the same motion as this machine. if that doesnt make sense, google it. I'd post a pic but I have no idea how.
