BEER! All sorts of pastas (especially lasagna) All sorts of potatoes (especially french fries) breads

Definitely some tattoos (and cover-ups), if we can afford it. A couple of new dresses. A BATHING SUIT!

mine has been averaging in the 80s, which I consider huge progress to the 100+ resting heart rate I was having just a few months ago (had to see a cardiologist and undgergo all sorts of stress tests/ekg/ecg fun) . I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia because of my rapid heart rate while in rested state. I am now hoping…

Oh, I believe it! I've been wanting one for years. I don't know why I haven't ordered one yet.

Hey, my taste in music covers a huge variety also.. you can see here, http://www.last.fm/user/trousercough I listen to a lot of metal, and like you, everything else... with the exception of the new country crap (love the classic country, though).

I guess it depends on how heavy your flow is... mine is niagara falls heavy. A tampon would never keep me safe from swimming as I have to wear a super, ultra overnight pad as well as a maximum absorbancy tampon and still have to change them out every hour or 2.

My husband knows and he is on here! :) Message boards aren't his thing, though.. so logging in his diary is the extent of his activity here.

No, I don't completely blame PCOS for my weight gain.. I believe beer had a lot to do with it. That and being sedentary for the past 10 years.. but PCOS sure doesn't help and it also makes it more difficult to lose.

I loved Diet Coke for other reasons than most people love it... I just love the carbonation and burn in my throat.. so I didn't have much of a problem giving it up (never was addicted to caffeine or anything) and switching to Diet Rite (splenda instead of aspartame, no caffeine, no sodium, no calories, etc). ...still bad,…

Love Firefly/Serenity!!! I love all things Joss Whedon, though.. even have the Mutant Enemy monster on my arm :)

YES!!! Ugh. I'm worried that my belly (dunlap) will be the last to go. :( I've already lost 30lbs and have noticed zero difference in the way my shirts/pants fit.

I was hardcore "childfree" for the longest time (even before I didn't think I could have any children), but once I hit my 30s and started thinking about the 'what ifs' and knowing that my husband, who is nearing 40, has always wanted children, I started to lean more towards being 'okay' if we had a kid. I still don't think…

Definitely doable! I also have PCOS, so I know how much more difficult it is to lose compared to someone without it. I'm also wanting to try Zumba out and to give the 30DS another try (just the first day of it was brutal for me, ha).

I try not to go over 1500... but am very rarely over 1200. I am trying my best to up my calories.. have started snacking on pepitas and almonds throughout the day.

My husband is very hairy and has a big, burly beard. I love it!   I've threatened divorce if he were to ever shave it off.

Low-carb works well for me, especially since I have PCOS. My blood pressure has gone back to normal and I've lost 30lbs since May 31st! I still have a lot to lose and I'm in this for the long run. I set my diary to my own liking (under 20 carbs a day, about 1200 calories).... this is what works for me! :)

Fantastic progress! I have PCOS also and these pictures are so inspirational and give me hope. Thank you for sharing!

My favorite is Lafayette.. just because he's funny, sweet and genuine.. he truly cares about his family and friends <3 He's the type of guy I'd love to hang out with. I also really like Pam, Terry and Hoyt. I haven't seen any of the new season (no cable) yet, so I'll probably not check back on this thread, just in case…

I used this link also and it worked! Thanks!

I'd say! I try to keep mine under 1500mg (but I have high blood pressure). Most people should shoot for no more than 2300mg.

Totally! I fantasize often of me wearing a dress and feeling pretty and feminine.. I've never felt feminine in a dress, just awkward.. and so I haven't worn one in years (I tried on a dress about a year ago and it was the first time I'd worn a dress in over 10 years.. I felt completely uncomfortable in it because I was…

This! Haha.

Agreed!

Currently, I'm playing on Silvermoon. Alliance. I am working on my 7th 85 right now, a rogue named Sneaky. :) I never knew rogues could be so much fun!

I'm on my 3rd Diet Rite.

*subscribing I won a PowerBlock KettleBlock 40 with stand a couple of years ago and am interested in trying it out. I've yet to take it out of the box because I've been intimidated. I originally planned to sell it, but I'm excited about trying it out now.

Word! I used to work for Subway and am thankful they don't discriminate. But yeah, I agree with everyone else about Subway not being healthy. This is common knowledge with most people I know.

I also have PCOS. It's amazing how many women I've found that suffer from it as well. 10 years ago, I'd never heard of it, even though I've been suffering from the PCOS symptoms since my teens, I just thought that was something everyone went through. It wasn't until I started doing some research on my period irregularity,…

Yes, plz!

199... I have not seen under 200 in close to 10 years now. I've yo-yo dieted since then and the lowest I've gotten was around 220. So honestly, even getting below to 220 will be magical.
