Hey, we're practically neighbors! Congrats on the loss! My friend (who is also on here) has told me great things about Fat Head.. I only watched the first 30 minutes (I tried to watch it on my iPod, while bored and not able to watch tv in a hotel room.. watching anything on that small of a device doesn't really work out…

That's awesome! Very inspirational before and afters! I too, loved your colorful hair (and the hot pink cast.. I've never had a broke bone, but I always fantasized that would be the exact color I'd get my cast.. that, or neon orange).

I know that the low-carb Slim Fast shakes only have 1 sugar each (and 190 calories), so that might be another option if you're finding the regular shakes have too much sugar for you.

Fish! It's terrible, because I know it's so good for you and I sure could use some more of it in my diet (I try to choke down tuna every now and then, but it has to be mixed with all kinds of things).

I love make-up! I usually stick to the cheap drugstore stuff (Revlon, Covergirl, Rimmel, Maybelline), but it works for me. You know, for as much make-up I wear, you'd think I'd have the names/colors/#s of certain products memorized, but I have no idea. I just go by eye and buy whatever shades appeals to me most. :P

Yep, you can adjust your carbs to your liking. I did the same! I've allotted myself 20 carbs a day (still in half-assed, doing it my own way induction phase), but plan to up those carbs soon. I record gum because I am counting carbs, each piece of gum (sugarfree Orbit, anyway) has 1 carb in it (I usually chew 2 pieces at a time), so that is 2 less carbs that I can have that day. Restricting my carbs to 20 a day, 2 carbs is a lot for just gum.

I've been unemployed for about 10 years now and have been living the sedentary life of staying on the computer and playing video games all day. Which is why I'm at where I am now. I hope to find a job (one that keeps me moving) soon!

I have some tattoos on my left arm that are going to look horrid once I get to my goal weight, so I plan on getting them covered up (and then many more). I'd like a full sleeve, but unless a bunch of money falls into my lap, I don't see that happening.

I prefer them all! Fake or natural can both look nice, depending on the person. For myself, I will be getting a reduction and a lift if the time ever comes that we can afford it.
