If you are doing good exercise you are probably building muscle, which will show as weight "gained". You might want to measure yourself instead (I wish I had done that). When I lose the 90lbs and if I have a "the jaws of a dog" look around my belly button that I know I can't firm up, I will consider a tummy tuck.

I've had two c/s and am just really getting into my weight loss journey (25lbs lost) I've noticed saggy skin close to the scar. I've been worried about it myself. I'm 5'2. I'm currently 229, working my way down to 150. Which is what I was when I graduated high school. I'm a thicker made woman, with thighs and a butt even as a teenager when I was always so thin. With the way I carry weight and my bone structure I think I would look very ill at anything less than 130.

I'm 5'2 and my goal weight is 150lbs. That was my weight when I graduated high school in 1997 and I looked great. My butt/thighs I will never lose, even at my slimmest in middle school I had those, and I know they will add 10lbs or so. LOL

That isn't considered the "ideal" weight, but even at my thinnest I've always had a butt and thick thighs so I know 120 is not realistic for my body type.
