Special K cracker crisps (30 for like 110-ish cals) dipped in hummus, salsa, 5-layer bean dip, or guacamole; Special K whole wheat crackers (24 for about 120-ish cals) and Laughing Cow cheese wheels, grapes, strawberries, green apple wedges with Cool Whip, lettuce wraps, hmmm.... *think for a sec*.........

Omgosh I remember the first time I lost a total 100 pounds and was at the weight I'm "supposed" to be at (I looked like an Auschwitz victim IMO). I STILL had an *kitten*!! O.o

Personally I'd say pounce on this opportunity to teach your daughter about eating healthy! I know I would have appreciated it if my parents had taught me better as they raised me (I still love them so!). Just set it to make sure she doesn't lose weight. I'd supervise it.

I had to lose almost 100 pounds to join the military. The last 30 were the hardest to lose and I was desperate to hurry up and join the military. So, I did it the unhealthy way and got in. At the end of the day it adds up to 7 miles total (3 1/2 there, 3 1/2 back). It totals to about 50 minutes a day, give or take. I like to take my time. 9 is quite far. I recommend riding on a weekend to see how sweaty you get. Also keep in mind that when you get there, you'll want some time to freshen up before your shift.…

That actually sounds lightly active. I mean, you stand when you work, then you hafta walk. You also work out. Definitely lightly active IMO.
