  • Hi Hayley, welcome ! Having goals is key, as is being honest about logging what you eat. It may surprise you to learn where your true pitfalls are. So, just have to ask since I've seen several other posts mention "stones". How many pounds is a stone? I'm not familiar with that term. Sassi
  • I'm a big fan of soups. Homemade with lots of veggies and sometimes chicken or small amounts of beef. I try to eliminate or at least minimize the high-carb veggies like peas, corn and potatoes though. I make large pots of it and eat it for lunch and as a snack.
  • I've been successful in weight loss before (I did WW, and it was wonderful). One thing I found to be the most helpful was to only eat foods that I absolutely loved (or at the very least liked a whole lot). Make some small attainable goals to get started. Can you find some ways to work some additional vegetables into your day? Do you like salads ?
