Hi Dona, I have the same problem. I don't believe there is a way to target fat loss in any one body part. It's been my experience that when I loose weight, my thighs are generally the last part to see results. But the good news is, if you keep loosing, you WILL eventually see results there as well. Just keep up the healthy…

Truely AMAZING! - God is good! We can do ALL things through Christ! So proud of you!!!!

I usually work out early in the morning. It gets your day started on a healthy note. Also, I find that when I work out early, I usually make better eating choices (probably because I don't want to let my hard work go down the drain).

I do this ^^^^. I seem to loose more steadily when I eat some back but I also leave room for possibly overcalculated exercise.

Absolutely Amazing! Congrats!

Make it known how good what you're doing for yourself feels. Perhaps if your mom knows you really are happy about the changes your are making, she will respect and support your efforts. :flowerforyou:

Beautiful Story! Amazing results for your hard work and dedication! Congratulations!
-
Wow! - Now that's dedication to a goal. The best part is that you're already looking ahead to day 30 which means you have no plan to stop any time soon. You looking great! - Keep up the good work and strong will!
-
Excellent work! You look wonderful (I'm sure you feel great too). Keep up the good work!

Nothin' like Mamma's cooking to put some "meat on your bones". Lol! - At least now you know that you can't do that regularly and still be healthy. :-)

Exercise and pre-planned meals/snacks. A good morning workout keeps me concious of what I'm putting in my mouth because I don't want to have worked out for nothing. Also, I pack healthy snacks to take to work which keeps me from venturing to the vending machine.

Wow! You look marvelous! - Keep up the good work!

Amazing dedication! Great job girl! - Get yours and don't worry about what ANYONE else thinks! You've come a long way both physically and mentally and that's no small feat!
-
Beautiful (and very inspiring)!!!!! Congratulations to you both! Together makes it even better! :drinker: Happy Anniversary!

That's so awesome! Congrats!

I get a REALLY good workout in, watch my calorie intake during the day and try to stick to the lowest cal drinks when possible. If its a margarita night (I LOVE margaritas), then i sip them slowly and limit myself. One trick is to drink a glass of water in between drinks. :drinker:

1) I survived my 3rd day of insanity this week! - It was really tough. 2) My husband invited me to the most delicious BBQ joint in Austin today and I respectfully declined.

Go ahead and step on the scale now. - That may just give you the motivation you need. Also, as teamfi2day already stated, take a little time to reflect and make a list.
-
Awesome!!!! Thanks for that one! - Have a great day!

It's wonderful that you're adding exercise to your routine. Good for you! You'd be surprised at the rusults walking will give you. You will build up distance in no time. Water aerobics is another great option. - Good luck!

Great Work! Stick with it.

Love This!

Yup! That one totally works on you. - If you feel comfortable in it, rock it!

I worked 12 hour shifts for years and I would get my workout in during my lunch break. Our company has an onsite gym, but I also lead a group workout session with some of my friends a few days a week. I created workouts combining free weights cardio and sometimes we used various workout videos.

Wow! Now that's dedication! - You look great! WTG!
