  • Is it good for people who have 2 left feet? I'm competely uncoordinated. I fiured in a couple months there should be some offered on Craigslist for not much money. I saw several right before Christmas but wasn't sure.
  • I found it on youtube and started doing it, I did leval 1 on Monday and could hardly walk the next morning so I haven't been back yet. I really need to do that.
