As above, aim for around 5g creatine post workout. Just use shakes to make up your protein allowance after all whole foods have been considered. Whole food sources are always going to be more nutrient dense.

Use exercises that use the biggest movements and muscle groups such as: Shoulder Presses Squats with Shoulder Presses Lunges Bur-pees Jumping Squats Press Ups Just a few ideas, these will burn the most calories and build the most strength as well as being fairly taxing. Bicep curls etc will burn very few calories and work…

Would definitely consult a paediatrician just in case, but there is nothing that would be more harmful in a protein shake as there would be in a chocolate bar or other highly processed food so I can't really see it as being a problem. Harry
