I realized the more i work out.. the more i been craving beer.... the good stuff not the ones that taste like piss water... but yeah hard to find calories but at the same time I don't wanna know or look to see how many calories I need to make up for....

here is a article I was reading today.. not trying to scare you, but if your trying to lose weight diet soda can make it worse and you will not see great result as fast as you like.... I signed up as a volunteer for the tahoe one... people from my gym are signed up as a group. I would like to pretend I was training for that to get fit. for next years... I just think the elevation and my asthma would be a problem...
