  • Actually I keep track of my carb load because everyone's body chemistry has a different isulin resistance. Meaning that if you eat too many carbs, even within your calorie goal, your body isn't capable of burning the carbs and getting to the fat. My goal is 35% carbs/40% protien/25% fat.
