Yep, same here. I drink alcohol (beer at that, sometimes in fair quantities at the weekend) and have still managed to lose weight; I just tend to exercise to make "room" for the calories (and don't get tempted to eat cr*p when i'm drinking)!

Thanks for the suggestion. May be a little high on the calorie side for my purposes as I don't want them as meal replacement.
