Protein shakes
I'm struggling to get my protein intake up so have been looking into protein shakes. Can anyone recomend any in the UK please? The ones I have seen seem quite expensive, so is there a good supplier that do them a bit cheaper? Looking to essentially build lean muscle; I do 1/2 and hour or so strength training twice a week…
