  • No, she asked for advice on what to eat. Not for people's opinions.
  • Wow...two days of light eating doesn't equal a bad relationship with food.. I do this and I get it, you want to keep your average deficit for the week the same. Though I don't think I would/could keep to 900 cals/day without being super hungry and cranky but if you can go for it. Just be smart about it and make the…
  • Adding you. I'm a mom of 2 as well. I have about 80 lbs to lose still. I've also just started running and am sloooowly training for a 5k
  • HI! I'm 5'7" and 232 lbs. I've already lost 27 lbs and am looking to lose 75-90 more pounds. I just started running (really slowly!) the last month and am actually really enjoying it for the first time in my life. I'm looking for motivation and support so add me!
  • I followed this diet to a T for a few months. I stopped because if I didn't eat every 3-4 hrs (an important part of THM) I got light headed and ragey. I'm a nurse, so a lot of times I can't eat on a schedule. Also I got tired of being worried about what I could eat when I went out. And for some reason I was always. Very.…
  • Just added you:) I need to lose about 80 more lbs
  • I just friended you because we have the same amount of weight to lose. That sounds pretty reasonable. I honestly don't think I'll be down to 150 by next July as that would be two lbs a week every single week and I know the less you have to lose, the less your going to lose per week. The calorie goal seems reasonable…

  • Yup. I'm finally realizing I don't have to give up anything to lose weight. So freeing
  • With only 15 lbs to lose, 3 lbs in 2 weeks is actually great. You should not be losing 2 pounds a week at that weight. Only people with a significant amount of weight to lose should have a goal of 2 lbs/week. I would also suggest upping your daily calories a little. You are eating too little and that's not maintainable.
  • Ditto on the water weight. Its seems like its best to weigh once a week. I weigh every day, but I keep in mind that my weight can fluctuate a couple pounds in either direction any given day. You might see it go up a little tomorrow but as long as the weight is going down in the overall trends, you're good

  • My opinion is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The only way to lose fat is to eat at a healthy deficit, losing 1-2 lbs a week.
  • I'm 31 and 5'7". My starting weight was 260 last May, and I'm down to 239 with off and on tracking the last year. Just started going all in the last month and tracking EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. Definitely could use some motivation and encouragement. Add me!
