A day late for the weigh in but my weight stayed the same but my pants feel looser so I'm thinkin I lost inches :) if I had measuring tape I would of known lol. Don't forget to put ur weigh ins up. And I want to know how long we want to do this challenge for??

I actually just found this out but on this site u can find an estimate of ur fat percentage. Just click on tools and when that opens scroll down and it should say BMI calculator, click on that, fill out the info and it will calculate it for u. My suggestion would be to switch up your workouts, your body is probably use to your workouts by now, sometimes you can also go a week and not see any changes in your weight but the week after you could see the weight lose from the week before. The best thing for your last fifteen pounds would be strength training :)

Yay I still managed to lose a pound even though i wasnt suppose to workout i did lol it was nothing compaired to my usual workouts cuz i had to take an easy but im happy with being down one pound! Good luck everyone!

Chardonnay is the way to go its only 90 cals for 8 oz and its so relaxing. Its a pick me up when im unwinding for the day and having a bubble bath or a social gathering, it puts a smile on my face.

WAY HARDER! Cuz once you hit ur plateau weight (10 pounds left usually) ur body is already used to ur exercises, etc. If you are trying to lose the last ten pounds that means its time to amp up ur workout routine and its time for a major sweat fest.

I fully incline the treadmill and start at 4.5mph for 5 mins then i go to 4.3mph for mins means then i repeat and thats 500 calories burned.

If you are looking to lose that much weight i would recomend uping ur workouts and trying to burn more calories.

i got results right away my first week i lost 6 pounds it just depends what you do for exercise, i usually do a 20 min run (burn 500), then i do strength training about an hour before i go to bed anywhere from 25-45 mins (burn 230-500). i try to stay as close to 1200 calories a day but if im hungry ill definatly eat cuz i…

u should definatly eat more during the day, it is always better to go to bed a little bit hungry than to go to bed full.
