you really shouldnt try a "diet" i did a low carb diet before and when i stopped, all the weight came piling back on and then some. the best option is to eat a healthy balanced diet. that way you learn to eat right and you will never be off a "diet" good luck with whatever you try! :)

We all have unmotivated times... we just have to push ourselves though it. I dont know about meal plans, but as for videos, i am currently doing the 30 day shred. its only like 27 minutes start to finish. i have been doing it when my daughter goes to bed. good luck!

have you been keeping track of inches? that might explain if you are gaining muscle and losing fat. your body could also be used to the routine you have set. try to switch it up. in any case, it sounds like you are living a healthier lifestyle, so props to you on that!!

you should make your diary public so people can see what you are eating to make suggestions. maybe you need change your calories and your exercise routine. your body can get used to the routine, if you switch it up you might get some results. good luck and great job on your loss so far! :)

i just added sugar to my tracker and looks like im doing well there! i have been steadily losing 2 lbs a week, i just feel like sodium is made to be a big deal and i dont want to hinder my weight loss in any way. i am very focused and dedicated to reach my goals!
