I jogged almost 2 miles this morning. Just watched Fat to Finish on Netflix and found it very motivating. Maybe I really can become a runner. :blush:

An amazing weekend! 1) Did over 41k steps (18+ miles) in total on Saturday (including my early morning 5 mile "walk" which was at least 1/2 jogging/sprinting). 2) Did over 30k steps (14 more miles -- including at least 2 miles running/jogging) on Sunday. Isn't it nice when folks start to notice? I was amazed/confused that no one on my team at work noticed until last week... it took 79 lbs before they recognized I had lost anything. How crazy is that? But it was great to get some validation that it finally shows. :blush:

I walked 15 miles yesterday and this morning didn't feel any pain at all. Was still able to do my daily 5 mile walk this morning with ease.

I found it was really helpful to do it. I started by eating tons of veggies and protein. This has been an incredible year -- I've lost 77 lbs so far. My next two mini goals are: 1) lose 2 more pounds to achieve a "normal" BMI. 2) lose one more pound and I hit the 80 lb mark. Exciting times! :smile:

I can relate B3achy! Had the same thing happen to me two weeks in a row. I'm trying to say positive and celebrate the fact that I've been walking daily, tracking everything, and even if the scale isn't responding yet, I know I'm living a healthier life. Sometimes though... all I want is a big number on the scale. :blush:
