The book is amazing. In fact he talks about HIIT training one of the most succesful trainings and explains why it works and why the diets don't work. I read it today. I start with the CD tomorrow.

I don't plan to do the diet either. i don't buy bread anymore. I use only the food with whole grains. Pasta, rice...everything in non processed. I have at home only olive oil so i can't fry food :laugh: And i don't have products with sugar in my house anymore. If i don't see it i don't eat it right? :laugh: It's 4 mounths…

my goal is to stick with Body Revolution program. This means 30min of workout daily. I never exercised or even walked daily so this is a big challenge :devil:

i downloaded it too, with eating plan and all. I did today the workout 1 and i'm in love :heart: I was waiting two mounths to start because i was afraid it would be too hard, because i'm out of breath eaven going up the stairs :sad: But i did it, so I'm in. MONDAY IT IS :happy:

what was the amount of mango in your pills? I read on forums that the 6000mg pills have a good effect. I'm buying vitamins and other stuff from this company so i trust them and their items,and i will try this mango because of the great reviews

On the internet find out where you can buy Citrimax and Chromium GTF and buy both ;) and thats it;) I'm curently using just chromium that is somehow stopping my obsession with sugar food, carbohydtates ecc (excuse my english) ;)

It is really working for me. I read lots of articles saying that the chromium GTF is better than chromium picolinate so i choose the gtf and after 3 days i have to say that is really working and i have some huge problems controlling myself around sugarr, chocolate, cake ecc... Steph_135 is was not easy at all :ohwell: But i think i am addicted to carbohydrates and thats my biggest problem, so it was necessary

My goals: 1. reduce the intake of sugar to a minimum 2. exercise 6 times/ week --> 6 hours/week 3. take daily my vitamins, and drink green tea 1x/ day 4. avoid mcdonalds and similar.. 5. stop eating bread (today is 2 mounths without bread, hope to continue like this) :) (excuse my english) :)
