The scale moved!! I said yesterday I felt like it was going to start! And today i woke up and got in the scale expecting to see the same "201.whatever" and it said 200.8!!! I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I have been doing really good and the scale hasn't budged until today! =)

I just finished week2! I did 4 days of week one and 4 days of week two so my weeks would start on Mondays. I felt really great today, like it came together for me. I walked in my house after the run and my husband said "Why do you have the goofy grin?" lol. I can't wait to start week three!

I really like the sandwich thins but I have recently tried the Pepperidge Farm version, they are called "Deli Flats" and i like them even more! They are alittle more bread like, i get the 7 grain kind. SOO good.
