  • 150lbs lost is completely obtainable so long as you work hard at it. And we all have our sobering moments, yesterday I ate mac and cheese for example and killed my daily goal. But thats what we are all here for, to make a lifestyle change and get into shape, and we are all here to help each other. You can do it. =)
  • I recommend looking up Scott Herman Fitness on youtube. He was on the Real World a few years ago as a fitness model and now he is dedicated to helping people learn to work out and get in shape. He has his website (which is pay-for), free youtube videos, and advice on his facebook and twitter account.
  • I sometimes opt for a vanilla yogurt or some fruit, or my favorite is 100 calorie packs of cookies that taste good and dont break the calorie bank!
  • Hi! Ive had problems with yo-yo ing too but im hoping now I can get it down for good. I think its a good idea to cut out take out, because even the healthiest options can be pretty bad! You can get down to the "onederlands" if you stick with it!
