I always thought of it as 1-2lbs, never this much. I never knew it could be as much as 5lbs of weight added! If I cut back on the sodium today, and keep having strong gym days, when does the water retention "break" so to speak?

I would guess something with the whole wheat pasta, like you said, and maybe a primavera so you have a lot of veggies? Cheese is usually not too healthy, so maybe not that. But a pasta primavera, whole wheat and ask for grilled chicken on it? And have a salad before too!

Its not a movie, but Bravo has a special it usually shows, the 100 Scariest Movie Moments. Its clips, interviews etc, like a 5 hour show. Its so good though! They did a follow up like, 30 Scarier Moments and its not as good, but I love to watch them both!

They have Szechuan Style Chicken or Shrimp. It says Everything Steamed, no Oil with fat free sauce and white/brown rice. I feel like that might be ok...? And if I get that I have no idea how to log it on here! Grr =(

I like to cook some up on the stove, a little bit of butter or oil, and just cook them peeled until they are really soft and add cinnamon and nutmeg to it so it starts to have that sweet taste without being overly sugary. Then top lean pork! Serve it with some rice and veggies!

I had the same problem. I love cheese but everyone seems to be against it. I use Laughing Cow or Weight Watchers spreadable swiss cheese wedges sometimes.

A cup is exactly that, 8oz. Eight 8oz cups a day is recommended, but I try to go for 100oz minimum, which is about 12.

See, I weighed myself and saw that it had fluctuated up. Now I know it was probably water bloat, but it encouraged me to eat really healthy for the next few days, which I think helped me in the long run. Now im down two pounds. =)

It comes with bands, and im planning on using those on a door instead of a pullup bar because my apartment has little space for a bar. I would have the time to do it too. I thought that if you had bands you didnt need weights.

I usually try for at least 300 calories for breakfast just so I know its somewhat substantial. My go-to is honey nut cheerios, 1% milk, and a banana.

Im actually having the same problem, I have like 1400 calories to eat (not including dinner) so itll probably end up being like...800-900...and ill eat some almonds and a yogurt but still!

Yes you can! I was like you, on here but not really "on here". The community has helped me so much with sticking to my goals. While my weight hasnt gone down too much, im happy with my diet and my working out! Good luck!

I got those looks just a few hours ago! Its ok because we all know our goals. Today I bought a bunch of fruit and wheat thins and some of those individual cheese wedges and yogurt and the cashier made sure to count out loud all the fruit I bought!

You have to weigh yourself jsut once a day, and some people only do it once a week. If you do it more than once a day, it will fluctuate like crazy. Sometimes I dont mind a day of bad eating. Everyone here reminded me today that one day of bad eating wont ruin everything and its good to have a little cheat day every once a month or so.
