We went apple picking today and I have a ton of apples to use up! I'm looking for some good apple crisp or any apple recipes really. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! :-)

You don't need to use soy milk if you don't have it, just substitute in regular milk or extra vanilla. You also don't need the corn starch. It is amazing, my parents both loved it too!0 -
I like to cook some up on the stove, a little bit of butter or oil, and just cook them peeled until they are really soft and add cinnamon and nutmeg to it so it starts to have that sweet taste without being overly sugary. Then top lean pork! Serve it with some rice and veggies!0

Awesome, thank you! I'll have to look up some things. :-)0

Sounds good, may be a bit high in cals? I think with some subtitutions it may be a good way to get rid of some of those apples.
Suggestions: egg white instead of full egg, almond milk instead of milk, make half of the bisquick batter the recipe requires and just have lighter breaded pieces. Grease griddle with EVOO or light margarine.0 -

That's what I do when I find a recipe I like I usually substitute for fat free of light versions...I did put you can replace bisquick for reduced fat version..0 -
