  • I weigh once a day, it keeps me on track. However, everyone is different. If you are beating yourself up, you are doing harm by keeping negative thoughts around you. That will make you gain weight, too. Why don't you try to only weigh once or twice a week for three weeks and see if that works for you. You can do it!
  • P90X is very doable. Do your best and don't get frustrated. It gets better and easier over time. Just like every thing else in life. You can do it! (but you won't really know that until you give it all you've got...so get it and BRING IT!)

  • I prefer to carry nothing, but you almost have to. For long runs I prefer the belt because it holds my car key and phone. If I'm running In the neighborhood or park, it is usually laps of the same route, so I stash water bottles in a spot on the route. That doesn't help during an event.
