  • Hi All, Weigh in today and I had a loss of 3.6kg. Not a real loss because my weigh in last week was after a big weekend of eating so it was most likely that and fluid retention. Anyway, I'm please with that loss. 45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym today burnt 372 calories.

  • Hi, I would recommend getting yourself a Heart Rate Monitor to keep track of how many calories you burn while you are execising. MFP is just a guestimate, a HRM uses your own heart rate. If your recommended calorie intake is for example 2000 calories in a day you should stick as close to that as possible. Too little…
  • I always go with what my HRM says because it is working on my Heart Rate whereas MFP is a guestimate!

  • Hi Pickles and Rayman, I used to use the Biggest Loser site to track my calories. When my membership ended I swapped over to the Calorie King site but it's not as user friendly as this site seems to be. Looking forward to hearing how everyone is doing! :smile:
