Yes, that's exactly what it was. I know it flushes a lot of people out and they lose water weight. It doesn't work for everyone though. You shouldn't do it because it makes you lose weight, you should just do it because it's better for you.

Definitely! When I upped my water intake, I lost 4 lbs. and the bloat I had went away completely. I just started feeling better in general.

I have a Bubba Keg cup that's 32 oz. I fill that up twice during the day.

LOL! The Bump/Nest/Knot are websites that are all connected, but used for different things. The Knot is for wedding planning, The Nest is for married people/new homeowners, and The Bump is for pregnancy. They all have message boards. That's where a handful of us in this thread met.

I never weigh during AF. I gain 2-3 lbs. of bloat/water weight and it pisses me off the look at the scale, so I just don't weigh myself until a day or do after AF is gone.
