[quote} I'm terrified to add any more calories, just because last year when i dropped the weight from 145 to 132 I wasn't eating that much at all and I was even more active than I am now, just from walkin in the mall and shopping, that sorta thing. And now I am less activite because there is nothing to do in this small…

I'm the same as you. My goal is actually 155. When I was young, at 145 you could see all my bones poking out and it was really kind of gross. So 155 is my goal for now, though frankly, at this point I'd be happy to see the under side of 200!!!

Wow! I am just stunned! You look amazing! I'll bet you feel amazing, too. Thank you for posting these pictures, you're such an inspiration to someone like me who is just starting out!!! Great work!

I did Weight Watchers a couple of years ago and lost nearly 70 lbs. Then, when I couldn't afford to go to meetings anymore, I gained it all back and then some. MFP is basically the same website, but with a more comprehensive database and it's FREE, AND it's easier to have friends and support each other. The support is…

Thank you! Incredibly helpful! I was just trying to figure out a two hour long trip to Costco. It's got to count for something...

I weigh and measure every single thing that goes into my mouth. Although, I do underestimate calories burned when I exercise. Just in case.

I'm thinking I want a new tattoo for every 50 lbs. I have soooo many planned already, I can't wait!

I'm thinking new tattoos :)

You're not alone! I've found that a lot of my female family members react one of two ways. They either 1) ignore it, or 2) try to feed me cake. I really think they feel threatened by it. You could always mention it to her, she may not be aware of her behavior. My husband, on the other hand, is constantly trying to tell me…

I gain about three to four pounds the few days before it starts, then about halfway through, those pounds disappear.

I was just diagnosed last month. It's hard, but it's going well so far. This website REALLY helps in tracking my carbs and sugar. Good luck to you!

I will usually make one meal a day one of the low-carb shakes. Not every day, mind you, and not every meal. They really fill me up and last me quite a long time, so they're great on days that I've maybe over-indulged in other things and need to stay on track calorie-wise the rest of the day. My energy levels have been…

I just leave them, since I'm not really comfortable eating late at night. If you're not hungry, then your body probably doesn't need them?

I read, garden, read some more...

Good luck to you! MFP has some great tools!

I would use vinegar and a magic eraser thingy.

Wow, you look great! I can't believe how much younger you look!

We make a very similar lentil soup and add ground turkey for a bit more protein. You're right, it looks AWFUL, but geez is it good... and FILLING! Thanks for sharing!

I try to stay away from the V8 Splash stuff. I do believe it has quite a bit of sugar in it. I'm drinking the V8 low sodium veggie juice as I type this and it's really good. 70 cals, 15g carbs, 12g sugar. It could be worse, I guess.

You can enter the food as a new one with the nutritional information you have in front of you and use it instead. I came across the same thing when I was cooking yesterday. Sometimes the manufacturers change the ingredients and/or amount in the package and don't necessarily tell anybody.
