Hey everybody. My name is Kellianne and I'm 41 years old. I've got two daughters, aged 15 and 18. I've been struggling to lose weight since 2008. I'll lose about 60 lbs then slip and gain it all back again. In November 2017, I weighed in at 321.6. I did keto for about three months, but got some blood work back showing that…

Please add me! I'm only a few days in and would like to see what other keto peeps eat regularly.

This month I just took a rest day, mostly because my workout of choice is swimming and it was a heavy flow day and I didn't want to traumatize any little kids if there was an incident. I also have a day that i am just exhausted and starving, which happened to be the same day this month. I've heard yoga is good, I am just…

I log cleaning as exercise, as i'm used to doing virtually nothing and have had an extremely sedentary lifestyle the last ten years. If it makes me sweat, I log it. Whether it's cooking, cleaning, or twenty minutes on the elliptical. I have over 150 lbs to lose and walking around the block would feel like death to me. I'm…

You can on $100 an hour. if they're charging less, well, you get what you pay for. Although, I sort of take issue with copying someone else's tattoo. Most reputable tattoo artists won't do it, either.

I want to thank you, so so much for saying this. I have lived my whole life eating bad for you food. I got on here, made some MFP friends, did pretty well at first. The friends that I knew in real life or from other social networks are super supportive, and really don't judge when I don't eat well. On the other hand, there…

I have a life-long aversion to exercise. Life long. We got the kids Just Dance 3 for Christmas, and I have to say, it is the most fun I've ever had exercising. Just Dance 3 has a workout thingy, which you can set up for a week at a time, and choose between the equivalent of walking, running, or swimming for 30 minutes a…

I've been known to gain up to 10 lbs the day or two before my period starts (which of course, drops right off again, because it's all water). As far as hunger goes, the couple of days before it starts, I am insatiable. I can NOT stop eating. I'm just starving the whole time. Then the next day I wake up and I'm fine. As for…

Nearly every day I have three slices of low sodium turkey bacon, two eggs with light cheese sprinkled on top, and a cup of coffee. If I'm skipping coffee that day, I'll have a slice of raisin toast with almond butter on it.

I did Weight Watchers about five years ago and lost 60 lbs. in less than a year. Unfortunately, when money got tight and I couldn't go anymore I put it all back on and then some in just under two years. Other than the meetings, I'd say it's pretty similar to what you're getting here for free.

Yeah, 10 is zinnias. I work for a seed company and I'm just about positive.

I got the zumba for wii for christmas, and while I can get the belt around myself, it has to be up high, just below my breasts. Maybe after playing for about a year it might fit me! haha. It is a fun game, though.

Haha, just water and diet vanilla Pepsi.

haha, I would suggest not calling us evil witches.

We donate ours to the local homeless shelter. I'm sure somebody would LOVE to have those shoes. Good shoes are one of the hardest things for homeless people to come by. Please do it!

My husband does that damn barking at dogs that are barking. It takes all I have not to slug him every time.

Mine did the same thing last week. It just needed new batteries.

I do the recommended to figure out what my calorie intake should be, then I go into customize and adjust my carbs, fat and sodium. I'm trying to go low(er) carb, so I change that to around 150 and sodium is something I really have a problem with, so I bump it down to 1500.

I started out two months ago needing to lose 148 lbs. I've lost 20 so far. You are NOT alone. I have to lose an entire person to be a healthy weight. It sounds scary, but I'm taking it a pound (and a day) at a time. Slow and steady so I don't gain it back (like I have in the past). Good luck to you! Add me as a friend if…

ham and spinach quiche! spinach/chard lasagna! (try the rachael ray website) sautee in olive oil and garlic!

I'm perfectly aware that I'm overweight, and get extremely angry when someone tells me that I am, as if I didn't already know. I refuse to treat my husband like that. If he's overweight, he knows it. Not my job to clean him up.

Without seeing your diary, it's really hard to say. Are you eating your exercise calories? Measuring and weighing your food? These things are important!
-
Haha, that's actually what I'm looking forward to the most! I am SO tired of boobs.
-
I'm trying to stay low carb, so to me, they are of the devil :) But I used to get the Weight Watchers ones with WW cream cheese as well and lost weight just fine.

This website will help. It's what I use :) http://www.fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp

You have an excellent point. I do have to say, though, that someone like me that started at over 300 lbs. that sometimes eating LESS cruddy food in a day is a vast improvement over the way I ate two short months ago. I track and track, the good and the bad, knowing that I'm eating better all the time.

I would say mind your business. I deleted a girl recently that thought it best to send me a message regarding my intake of cholesterol. I had set my levels super low for personal reasons, not really expecting to eat 0g of cholesterol. It was just a reminder to me to keep an eye on it. Anywho, she was super nice about it,…

Ha! I'm always saying that I forget how big I am. When I think of me, I think of the skinnier me 20 years ago. I'm always surprised when I look in the mirror, or when I knock something (or someone) over with my bum. I'm like, "huh, how did my behind get way over there?"

Although I understand that eating can be an addiction for some people, I can honestly say mine is not the case. I am obese (sw: 303) because I ate a lot of the wrong things and was too lazy to do anything, much less exercise. I would just eat whatever came to mind. Not because I was hungry, not because I was craving it,…

Oh, I got a giant hula hoop at a Saturday Market and I love it! I'm not very good at it (well, I'm really bad at it) but it's fun!
