I think it has to be either implants or an altered image. There is no way training to make ones arms that big would leave the forearms that small.

I do not deal with joint pain, but I had my first serious carbs last weekend for my birthday. My allergies which were very minimal since I went low carb came roaring back. Allergies have always triggered asthma issues, so I had to use my inhaler for the first time in over 2 months.

I do not agree with the premise that following a low carb eating plan sucks. I love carbs also, but since living low carb, I have no "cravings for them" and am rarely hungry between meals. Knowing that 95% of the time the motivation shows up once I have started. As to what actually gets me started in the first place, one good look at myself is generally all it takes. Of course, I'm not sure that will continue to be as effective the closer I get to my goal.

Completed Wk 3 Day 1 (I did a couple more than required on some sets and did another set of 10 at the end) 15 20 15 15 20 10 The last set of 20 was fairly difficult. Day 2 has a significant jump in numbers required which makes me a little concerned.
