  • You need to put today behind you and start fresh tomorrow. Don't bring all the worry about today into tomorrow, that will set you up for a second bad day.
  • You have defiantly found a good tool with MFP. I just joined this week, but I find that logging my calorie intake makes me much more aware of how much I'm eating. Also, the people here are positive, very supportive individuals. Feel free to add me.

  • Depending on your fiber intake, I would say increase your fiber. You can get plenty of fiber in some breakfast cereals (I mix All Bran Buds with a little frosted flakes) and going with whole grains instead of using white bread might help. Also, drinking plenty of water. Don't know if that helps, but it's all I got.
  • Although I don't do the same meals that you are doing, I have found everything I eat already available to be checked into the food journal. Definitely a great resource. Welcome to MFP.
