the old program worked well for me, but the new WW program did not work for me even though I was very strict with following the guidelines. I find MFP to be easier/more manageable - plus the food database here is much larger than WW's was.

WW does not work like that - there is a weekly allotment of extra points you can have throughout the week, spread out however you want. have you tried adding probiotics into your diet? they will aid in your whole digestion process. GNC has a lot of good ones; I prefer chewables to the capsules. I actually take them to help my acid reflux disease, but they definitely keep me more regular.
