My first 1/2 is March 16th. I don't have a goal time - just to run the whole way and finish. My average mile time is about 12:30. I have a second 1/2 that I'm running May 4th. I'm very excited!

When it comes to working out, I just keep telling myself "Never give up!" Also, set goals - short term, intermediate, and long term goals. It's easier to reach short term goals and then become more motivated to try for the intermediate and long term goals. Keep your chin up - you've come a long way to throw in the towel! :)

Started in a size 18 and I'm currently in a size 12. I would love to be a size 4 and small or medium tops. Maybe I should go buy something cute in a 4 to help motivate me....

I go to the gym four days a week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and lift weights and then do anywhere from 20 - 40 minutes on the elipticle machine.
