i forgot to post yesterday, it was a very busy and tiring day. I managed 1.6 miles. today i'm hoping to get in at least 4

mariawells, no its not my band; its a different music group than the one i normally work with. I usually do acoustic stuff. I'm working on my b.a. in music performance. as for walking, today i did 4.4 miles...1.6 of those miles was running =] my total is now 13.2 miles

4 miles today. I mixed running in with the walking today. so my total is now 12 miles.

its been raining all day here in b-more so i went to the gym i've been taking advantage of the good weather so i haven't been to the gym in over a month. I got my 4 miles in today tho!! so my total for the week so far is 8 miles.

Thanks mariawells!! And yes we do; its July 19th, 2013. We'd get married next summer but we're taking a trip to England so he can meet my family, and we can't afford both a wedding and traveling in one summer.

I walked 4 miles today with my fiance. We plan on walking four miles every day mon-fri. I've lost 20 lbs this summer. my goal is that by next summer I'll be 140 lbs. i planned on going for a 4 mile walk on saturday or yester day but hurricane irene kind of complicated things....my new plan is to go on that walk today. I've got about 2 miles down already so after those 4 miles later today I'll be almost done for the week =]

If there is a Chic-fil-a around you, I'd say go there! They have a lot of low calorie choices. My personal favorite is the chargrilled chicken sandwich (coming in at around 270 cal). Walking is a great workout!! I used to walk everywhere. It was my only means of transportation. It kept me in shape (especially my bum) and Its helping me lose weight now. Try walking in areas with a lot of hills to make it more challenging and keep a steady pace.

i keep losing weigt in my fingers. before i joined mfp my ring size was a 7 and it would be tough to slide that on and off. few weeks into my weightloss journey i had to get my engagement ring resized to a 6. Now my engagement ring is too big and i'm scared its going to slip off my finger lol time to get it resized again!
