five eight and three quarters and about 150 lbs right here....i started at 186....i love myself at my current weight =] im not too skinny but i feel confident in anything i wear and its nice to be in single digit pant sizes again!!

i gradted at around 155 in 2009. over the course of a couple of years i got up to 185. now i've been going back and forth between 150 and 155 for the past few weeks. i'm the same weight as senior year but i feel like i look better now. interesting.

chocolate almond milk tastes disgusting. just sayin lol but seriously, i eat a lot of dairy and have eaten a lot of dairy during my whole weight loss journey and it hasn't hindered me in any way. i crave dairy all the time. it has always been my favorite food group lol.

That would be me. At first, I was losing for my health, but I'm in the healthy range now. I'm still not where I want to be tho. I want to look good in a bathing suit next summer ya know? I gots me some work to do!!

the part ere you said you'd think you'd look like skin and bones at 98 lbs.....not necessarily. my best friend was 5'2" and 98 lbs for the longest time and she looked perfectly healthy. it all depends on your body i guess. when you get down to where you wanna be, you'll know.

ugh yea i hate this time of year. all i wanna do is stay under my nice comfy warm blanket and sleep all day. i've missed two days of classes because of this.....not good.

you sould try to find at least one really great friend just so you have someone to really talk to and hang out with on those days where you are dying for some social interaction.

i ended up going for a walk even after the 4k so my total for today ended up being 6.4 miles =] my total is 18.9 miles

wednesday: 4.5 thursday: 2.5 friday: 0 today about 3 counting the 2.5 from earlier in the week, my total for the week so far is 12.5. i'm doing my first 5k tomorrow so that will be another 3.1. i won't be making the mile count but i still feel like this challenge has helped me regardless.
