5'9" and 157 lbs here! i'm tryin to reach 150 (almost there!) and i've always wanted a girlie four pack (you know, visible but not bulky). my bmi is 23.2......sooo does that count as skinny-fat? lol

i went on a ghost tour yesterday and it involved a bit of walking. that and the walking i did on my own got to about 14 miles. thats probably my limit for the week.

yeterday i managed 2.5 miles....about a mile today. because of my injured foot there is no way i will make it to 20, but i'm still gonna do as much as i can....its hard with a limp lol

i did 4.2 miles yesterday. i have a bad cold and sentenced myself to bed rest for today because i HAVE to be better by friday (first singing recital of the fall sememster and i'm singing three songs). I probably won't get any walking/jogging done today. Hopefully I'll be feeling better by tomorrow. =/
