Back Again

Years ago I was on this site and it helped me drop 40lbs. I was able to keep it off for years until last December when I became ill. I was diagnosed with cancer and had a few doctors screw up, to put it nicely. Well 3 weeks ago I was finally released to go back to the gym once again. My issue is that I have fallen away from my healthy eating and the motivation to go 5 days a week like I use to. So that is why I am back here.

So I am looking for some friends on here so we can motivate each other to reach our goals.

Sorry to hear about the cancer situation :( I started on here a few years ago and lost close to 50 lbs and slowly but surely creeper back up to close to where I started. I'm back on here trying to find a happy medium. I got down to 144 but felt most comfortable at 155-160. I could easily maintain that and felt super comfortable in my skin. Friend me if you'd like :)

Yes the weight does creep back easier than it is to get it off. I agree with you on the happy medium. I have dropped down to my weight when I was active duty and I didn't look healthy at all. For me around 205 is comfortable for me. I wish you the best of luck on reaching your goals.
