Very true! I hate getting up in the morning but have forced myself to over the last three weeks. It's lonely, cold, and dreary, but I ripped 11 pounds off over the last two weeks by making that simple change. With those kind of results it's easier to get up in the morning! :smile:

Exercise before you eat in the morning. Your body has digested everything and when you wake up and hit it with exercise it draws on the fat in your body. When you get done, make sure you eat something and then eat something every few hours the rest of the day.
