After I had my 2nd child, I just realized I need to be healthy for them and myself. Lost 40 lbs and have gained some back. Trying to get back on track, keep thinking back to why I decided to get healthy in the first place. Look at old pictures and know I never want to be that way again.

I also have a problem with bingeing. I am wondering if mine is due to not eating enough calories with my meals. I just eat and eat and eat when I binge. So a Binge free October sounds awesome to me!!
