past goals decrease sugars, walk 10,000 steps a day and get 3 days of weight training in. Along with 3 days of cardio.

started weight strength training 2x every week 9 machines 15 reps with 3 circits will continue to do 10,000 steps a day 2,500 in "fast feet" 3 miles on my eliptical 3 days a week.

feeling very guilty as reading this eating a couple Mike and Ike's. Sassy machine in breakroom. So my goal this week is to stay way from them for the rest of the week and to drink water with no flavor in it.
