  • Something I enjoy eating in my lunches is a cucumber salad. I cut up cucumbers, alfalfa, and panela cheese with a little italian dressing. Sometimes I add avocado. I then have a svelty gastro protect yogurt, an apple or pear, and a couple integral cookies. I really liked the cucumber salad instead of a lettuce salad.
  • I have been boxing for two months now and it is definitely an intense workout. I have noticed a difference in the time I have been doing it. I say keep up with it. Work in rounds. Three minutes punching 30 seconds resting. Make sure you are punching correctly so you don't injure your hands and wrists.
