Welcome, and we're all rooting for you! I'll repeat the best advice already offered -- take advantage of snacks between breakfast and lunch and after lunch -- that will prevent your being famished by the evening. And if you take the sugars out of your diet, you'll crave less. You can do it!

Becky: Welcome to the journey! I would recommend following the calorie requirements religiously, and start with walking on a regular daily basis, even if it's just around the block. Set those short-term goals, and before you know it, your weight will drop and you'll be feeling much better. Good luck!
