Squats or lunges... You can do like 15 every hour... It wont take u away from the counter, itll be quick and throughout the day, the reps will add up!

How much water are you drinking a day? If youa rent drinking 96 ounces, try to.. Also, how soon do u eat breakfast after waking up?

I agree with the previous post... Also, you should try super sets with other forms/exercises of the biceps curls.

You can always do plank exercises or floor bridges ( google that one)... Those may look funny but they give your core a great work out. Also, you can do reverse crunches which the majority of the movement is on the lower waste so it shouldnt hurt your back as much.
