Sometimes if my Cals are getting close like within 30 cals i will delete my vitamins off of mfp just so i dont go over. I know not everyone logs their Vits but i do ....usually LOL

5'4" highest weight 225lbs lowest was 140lbs but currently 157ish lbs. Working on getting lower but wanting to build more muscle. Before and after is my profile pic. :#

For me what broke my plateau was IIFYM (if it fits your macros), upping my water, and along with IIFYM, measuring my grams on the food scale TO THE GRAM :)

I'll be 25 in May, feel free to add me! Ive been on my journey going on 3 years and have had many ups and downs. Managed to lose 70lbs so far (at one point i got to 80lbs lost) Stuck where i am at now so hopefully i can kick myself into gear!

OHHHH, ok! Well looks like ima have to give up my nikes. I love them for just everyday wear but not for working out. I like them most in the summer bc i run every so often and i use the chip in them.

My shoes aren't tight at all actually. I just don't get why they go numb sometimes. I usually do turbo fire or chalean extreme for my cardio. Looks like maybe it's time to find a diff shoes altogether. I just love the comfort of my nikes but they always make some of not all of my toes numb. Thank you for the feedback!
