I agree, but to make sure you get those calories in and are not struggling at night to get them in your body.....try planning out your day the night before. For example if you know that you're going to burn about 300 calories from working out tomorrow then mentally (or you can just go ahead and add them into your exercise…

I'm currently stuck at 151 and have only moved 1/2 a pound in the last 2 weeks. So i feel ya! I don't think my scale wants me to see the 140's..... My food diary is public, so you can see that. I just raised my calories intake from 1200 to 1350 starting today. This next week I plan on incorporating HIIT on my treadmill (5…

I changed my fiber goal to 25 and try to never be below that. 25-30 works great for me.

Yeah that's what I meant.

I usually just grill chicken with different seasonings or a little bbq sauce and put veggies in a foil bag on the grill too. I also just wanted to bump this page so I had more ideas for this summer from everyone :)

I'm not really sure, but i'm interested to hear people's responses.

http://www.eatingwell.com/nutrition_health/weight_loss_diet_plans/diet_meal_plans/weight_loss_diet_meal_plan That one has meal plans based on 1200, 1500, or 1800 calories. I would rather see a recipe site that doesn't have exact recipes to follow for the guide and just foods....then you can do what you want with the…

My problem area is my stomach, love handles...the whole mid section really. As far as legs and arms, they mainly just need toned. I could afford to lose some on my thighs though :)

Boxing/Arm Moves get up your heart rate without putting any more then pressure from standing on your ankle.

I'm 5'8'' and 151.4 pounds right now. I've lost 14 so far. I hope to get down to 135, but if 140 looks good and i'm toned then that may be where i'm happy. I'll just have to see. Bone structure wise i'm curvy with hips, but according to the wrist thing i'm small boned...but i think i may just have small wrists haha

I have about 15-20 more to lose, depends on how I feel and look when I get to the 15. Which would be 135 pounds. It's hard that it's going so slowly, no matter how hard I work. So it would be great to have support from people in the same position.

Can you guesstimate how many cookies it makes and about how big you make the cookies? Just wondering.

I've just started having some milk and protein powder after working out. Sometimes I also have half a banana too.

Hey I just finished 30 Day Shred Level 2 - Day 2. I was just wondering how much protein everyone is getting in their diet when using the program? And what snack do you have after doing it? I usually do about 20-30 minutes of other working out also and I know Jillian's try's to build lean muscle, so I just want to make sure…

I guesstimate how many calories I'm going to burn that night when I'm working out my food diary. So then I make sure I eat some of my "future" exercise calories during the day. Plus it holds me accountable to work out after work.
-
I've been doing it for about 10 days now and am on my second day of Level 2. I'm 5'8'' and 151 pounds and I have consistently burned around 250 calories in the full 26 minutes (that's including warm up and cool down, since your hear rate is still above resting). I use a Polar F6 Heart Rate Monitor also. Hopefully that…

I'll have to check that out...Thanks!

Thanks I'll check that out.

As per the advice of many people I have lowered my weight loss goal to 1 pound per week.
-
The worst part about that is that the week that I lost the most (2.2 pounds) was when I had to take off a week of any cardio because of strained muscles in my knees. I stayed at 1200 every day, but absolutely no exercise and lost that. But that's not what i want to do...

Thanks for the support. I'm going to do some intense work outs today and tomorrow and weigh in Saturday morning (the day i'm supposed to get my haircut and highlights) and maybe...just maybe i'll see it drop...
-
No it's not TOM, I meant to mention that in the original post sorry. It's not right before or right after it either.

I use a Polar F6 HRM. It's set at 2 pounds, but that never happens. I don't minus the calories burned from my daily activity level, but I also on average eat back only about my half of my exercise calories.
